Image Licensing Agreement:

Stone Oak Creatives, its owner, and artist grant the Licensee (non-exclusive), non-transferable and non-assignable unlimited use of the digital image purchased under this listing for the period of [life] for the sole purpose of creating physical items. This image cannot be reproduced, sold, or shared at any time. By purchasing the digital image under this listing, you agree to the following terms:

Provisions:

Stone Oak Creatives, its owner, and the artist retain all copyright and moral rights attached to this image and any other rights that may not be detailed in this agreement.

Selling and/or redistribution of this image is forbidden.

Licensee [is] allowed to crop and/or electronically alter the image to suit their purposes for the above usage.

Indemnity:

The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Stone Oak Creatives, its owner, and artist against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.

Warranty and Liability:

This image is provided "as is" with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. Stone Oak Creatives, its owner, and the artist are not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs, or losses from any image usage.
