Returns & Exchanges
Contact me within five days of delivery for a return authorization code
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Returned shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item in which a label will be sent to the buyer to ship the item back to me.
Full refunds (defective items) will be sent within seven days after the item is received back from the buyer and inspected. Partial refunds will be sent within seven days after the item is received back, including the cost of the item, but not the shipping costs.
If a custom item is ordered (i.e., custom name etc., added), returns/exchanges will only be accepted if there is an error on my part as those items cannot be resold.
Digital downloads do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Shipping Policy
Tumbler orders will ship within approximately three business days and tumbler toppers will ship within approximately five days after the order is placed. T-shirts vary depending on the type of design. Delivery time will be conveyed at the time of order.
There are standard ground and expedited air shipping options during checkout. Select the appropriate service based on how quickly you need the products delivered.
Items will be shipped to the address confirmed during your website purchase, so please ensure it is correct. If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, the additional shipping charge will be billed to you, and the Item will be re-shipped once payment is received.
Shipping charges do NOT include insurance unless you choose USPS Priority Mail. If you would like insurance included, please contact me to add this charge. We will not be held accountable for any lost or undeliverable items once they have shipped. We are not responsible for items that show delivered via shipment tracking where the customer claims they didn't receive it.
Once the items have shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email.
