Any claim for defective product must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Choosing the wrong size is not an acceptable reason for a return. if you’re not sure, double check your lid before placing your order; I don’t want you to be disappointed.
Hand wash only to prolong the life of your topper, no abrasive sponges or soaps. Do not place in microwave or dishwasher, a good old rinse in your sink should be sufficient. Do not drop or the topper could break. Not advisable for small children.
Due to differences on individual computer settings, as well as contrast and brightness, colors may vary. Buyer agrees to the possibility there may be some slight color difference on the design.
