While PLA filament is a strong material, it is not indestructible. Any claim for a damaged dragon upon delivery must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date and must include photos before consideration of a replacement or refund is made.
PLA filament is temperature sensitive. Do not expose to high temperatures or leave in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Excess exposure to temperatures above 160F may lead to deformation. Do not put your 3D print in the dishwasher or washing machine. Do not expose to harsh chemicals.
DISCLAIMER: Due to the nature of 3D printing there may be small imperfections on the model. The colors and patterns on the print may also vary, especially when an ombre' or gradient mixture of colors are used. The color transitions of multi-color items may vary slightly from photos. The filament feeds colors at different intervals and so even though you are printing from the same spool, you should expect the colors to be unique to each print. Also keep in mind that colors vary slightly depending on the device you are looking at the images from.
